Meet the guest:

Dr. Mike Van Amburgh is a Professor at Cornell University whose work spans dairy cattle nutrition, nutrient requirements, feed chemistry, nitrogen and urea recycling, and development of the Cornell Net Carbohydrate and Protein System. He leads Cornell’s undergraduate Dairy Fellows program and has advised the Dairy Club for more than three decades. Dr. Van Amburgh earned a Ph.D. in Animal Science from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science from The Ohio State University.
