Meet the guest:

Dr. Jennifer Ronholm is an associate professor at McGill University and Canada Research Chair in Agricultural Microbiology. Her research examines microbiological food safety, microbial genomics, antimicrobial resistance, foodborne pathogens, and One Health approaches across interconnected animal, human, and environmental systems. 

Jinha Suh is an MSc candidate in Animal Science at McGill University researching poultry microbiomes. Her work includes genomic sequencing, microbiome analysis, antimicrobial resistance, and the gut microbiomes of wild red junglefowl, with research exploring novel probiotic candidates for Canadian poultry production systems.
