Meet the guest:

Dr. David Suarez is a Research Leader and Veterinary Medical Officer with the USDA Agricultural Research Service in Athens, Georgia. He earned a DVM from Auburn University and a Ph.D. in Veterinary Microbiology and Immunobiology from Iowa State University. His research focuses on poultry viral diseases, molecular diagnostics, and next generation sequencing to improve poultry health.
