Meet the guest:

Dr. Emma Wall is Director of Discovery at Nutreco Exploration, where she leads the development of plant- and bacteria-derived solutions for animal nutrition. She holds a Ph.D. in animal physiology and has 15 years of experience in feed additives across R&D, technical marketing, and customer solutions, with expertise in medicinal plants, animal physiology, performance, and resilience. Dr. Trevor Faber is Director of Companion Animal Nutrition and Technical Services at Trouw Nutrition, where he leads nutrition and formulation for companion animals. He oversees premix formulation, provides technical support to pet food customers, and helps translate emerging technologies into pet food applications. He holds a Ph.D. in Animal Sciences from the University of Illinois and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Animal Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
