Dr. Jung Min Heo is a Professor in the Department of Animal Science and Biotechnology at Chungnam National University in South Korea. His research covers poultry nutrition, precision feeding, gut health, feed additives, microbiomes, and sustainable production. He has led government- and industry-funded projects on low crude protein diets, amino acid nutrition, nitrogen reduction, smart livestock technologies, antibiotic alternatives, probiotics, egg quality, bone health, and laying hen welfare. His contributions have received honors from the Korean Society of Poultry Science and the Korean Society of Animal Science and Technology.
