Dr. Min Du is a Regents Professor and Baxter Endowed Chair in Beef Research at Washington State University. He has published more than 300 peer-reviewed articles, achieved a Google Scholar H-index of 86, and trained more than 60 graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and visiting scholars. His career achievements include two major American Society of Animal Science awards, WSU’s Research Excellence Award, and election to the Washington State Academy of Sciences.
