Dr. Ludmila Monteiro is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Kansas State University. Her work focuses on beef cattle feedlot nutrition, grain processing, feed ingredients, and animal performance. She earned her PhD in Animal Science from Kansas State University and completed graduate training at ESALQ/USP in Brazil.
