Dr. Elizabeth Bobeck is an Associate Professor of Poultry Nutrition and Immunology at Iowa State University. Her research spans nutritional immunology, gastrointestinal physiology, microbiome and host interactions, feed additive manipulation of digestion, poultry welfare, meat quality, woody breast, and applied monogastric nutrition. She also studies nutrition and immunology strategies that support poultry performance, welfare, and sustainability.
